Care and Cleaning of Equipment:
All rentals are with the understanding that normal wear and tear is included in the rent. Any damage from abuse, neglect or improper care will be charged to the customer. The customer is responsible for flat tires and damage to the tires, fuel, lubricants, daily maintenance, and to provide a qualified operator. Equipment must be returned clean and full of proper fuel, or additional charges will be made.

Deposits:
Deposits may be required on some rentals. Deposit equal to full rental term is required when a deposit is needed. Check, cash or credit card is acceptable. Warren Rentals proudly accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. With completed credit application and approval, a charge account may be arranged.

Identification:
Two (2) pieces of identification are required for all rentals. A valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, credit card or Military ID are all acceptable.

Insurance:
Proof of insurance may be required on specific items to be rented. Regular renters may choose to keep insurance information on file. Any rental of one week or more will require proof of insurance, either homeowners or business.
